Australian Minister for Education Visits SACE International School in Vietnam

The Australian Minister for Education, Hon. Jason Clare MP, recently visited Hanoi Adelaide School, a member of the SACE International school network, during his official visit to Vietnam.

Accompanied by the Australian Ambassador to Vietnam, the Secretary of the Australian Department of Education, and senior embassy officials, Minister Clare met with SACE students, teachers and graduates to learn more about the impact of the SACE program in Vietnam.

During the visit, students took the lead in hosting and facilitating the program, confidently engaging with the delegation and showcasing the leadership, communication skills and global competencies developed through their SACE education. Minister Clare also heard first-hand accounts from teachers and graduates about how SACE has supported student success and created pathways to leading universities, including a recent graduate now studying at the University of Sydney.

The visit received coverage in Nhan Dan, Vietnam’s leading national newspaper, highlighting SACE’s contribution to English-language education and its growing presence in the Vietnamese education sector.

The visit reinforces SACE International’s position as a recognised and valued Australian senior secondary qualification provider in Vietnam.
