Our 2025 Professional Learning & Support plan is designed to elevate the professional development of teachers and leaders within SACE International schools. Tailored to deepen expertise, our programs aim to promote the collective contributions of educators towards enhancing the SACE program.
We believe that supporting teachers in their professional development contributes to our vision of students as thriving learners and ultimately maximises student success.

Audience: SACE teachers

Mode: Online via Zoom
Description: During these 90-minute sessions you’ll connect with a subject matter expert to focus on critical aspects and strategies for success in your subject area. Calibration tasks for school assessments, support for external assessments and time for questions, which are populated in the registration process, will be addressed.
Subjects covered: Accounting, Biology, Business Innovation, Chemistry, Chinese (Background Speakers), Creative Arts, Digital Technologies, Economics, EAL, Math Methods, Physics and Specialist Mathematics.
There will be an opportunity for providing questions during registration so that they may be covered in the session.

Audience: For SACE Coordinators (Northern Hemisphere schools)
When: Tuesday 1 July – Thursday 17 July 2025
Mode: Online via Zoom
Description: These sessions aim to provide SACE Coordinators with insightful feedback on the results data from the 2024-2025 Northern Hemisphere Cycle. The session will be an opportunity to discuss areas of overall success as well as provide moderation feedback and further support.
Various session times are available.
** Depending on the number of subjects offered at the school, sessions typically last 30 minutes, with an hour allotted to ensure adequate time for analysis and questions.**

Focus: Designing for future directions
Audience: SACE International teachers and academic leaders
When: Wednesday 20 August – Friday 22 August 2025
Mode: Face to face
Where: Kindly hosted by Qian Huang International College, Changzhou, China
Description: This three-day face-to-face teacher training workshop offers an important opportunity for developing your understanding of teaching the SACE and building strategies for student success. It is a hands-on workshop where you will work with other SACE International teachers and build professional networks.
The workshop ticket is complimentary. Arrangements for travel, accommodation, and other expenses are the responsibility of participating schools/colleges.
