From 19-21 August 2026, Matt Clarke and Jason Bobis represented the SACE Board as part of an Austrade Australian higher education delegation to India, promoting the SACE International program across the region.

During engagements in Pune and Mumbai, organised by Austrade South Asia, they met with school leaders, counsellors and education partners while showcasing SACE International alongside 21 Australian education providers.

The visit concluded with participation in the IC3 Movement Conference and Expo in Mumbai, providing opportunities to raise awareness of the SACE International program, strengthen existing relationships and explore future partnership opportunities in one of the world's fastest-growing education markets.

 Student wellbeing and mental health emerged as key themes throughout the conference. As a senior secondary qualification focused on developing students as whole people, SACE supports young people to build not only academic knowledge, but also the resilience, adaptability and self-awareness needed for future success.

The visit reinforced SACE International's commitment to working with schools and education partners around the world to create meaningful opportunities for students and support their success in an increasingly connected global community.
