SACE International Regional Professional Learning Workshop - Haileybury Tianjin, China

Description: This two-day face-to-face teacher training workshop offers an important opportunity for developing your understanding of teaching the SACE and building strategies for student success. It is a hands-on workshop where you will work with other SACE International teachers and build professional networks.

The main focus will be on subject specific sessions, with streams offered for teachers of:

• EAL and Languages
• Mathematics
• Sciences
• Humanities, Business and Visual Arts

In addition, other areas that will be covered in this workshop include: 

• Marketing strategies and resources for the SACE Program 
• University pathways

Bilingual Teaching & Learning Summit - Sunday 23 August (pm)
On Sunday 23rd August, Haileybury invite all SACE International delegates to join them for a Teaching and Learning Summit focused on bilingual pedagogy and leadership in cross cultural settings. The summit will feature a range of instructional sessions, bilingual classroom demonstrations, workshops and discussion forums led by leaders and educators from both Haileybury Tianjin and Melbourne.

The workshop ticket is complimentary. Arrangements for travel, accommodation, and other expenses are the responsibility of participating schools/colleges.
