Assessment design criteria
Reword 'AE1' to read: 'Analysis and evaluation of legal principles, processes, or problems'.
Performance standards
Under 'Analysis and Evaluation (AE1)' in the 'B, C, and D grade bands, remove 'application' and replace with 'evaluation'.
Competing tensions
Delete the word 'competing' from the concept of 'competing rights and responsibilities'.
